Every step you take and move you make will cause your hunger to gradually decrease. Be sure to bring a handful of food to keep yourself satiated as you move through the floors.Dungeons Have Time Limits A rather annoying feature in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon DX are time limits for dungeons. Not only do you have to worry about hunger getting the best of you but you can only spend so much time grinding and recruiting Pokemon before the game kicks you out.When you near the time limit, the game will warn you but it is best you prepare for this ahead of time. Be sure to not waste anytime when you are trying to complete your objective, be it recruiting a certain Pokemon, escorting someone, or reaching the top floor.Save Money Often Fainting in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon DX is no joke.

You will lose progress, items, and even money that you have. As such, it is best that you always drop off your money with the Felicity Bank between visits to the dungeons, so you don't lose that hard-earned cash.Grinding Without Dungeons In the original games, grinding took hours and constant trips back to the dungeons over and over. In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon DX, the Makuhita Dojo will take care of grinding for the most part, especially in the earlier parts of the game.It is possible to visit the Makuhita Dojo a few times and level up several times. All you need are Dojo Tickets that are earned from side quests.

Before you head into Mt. Blaze, you will have the option to go immediately into it or the Rock Path. Rock Path is an optional dungeon that isn’t required for the story. It contains four floors and basically only exists for those who need more experience or items.If you need to level up or don’t have a lot of items left, be sure to head to the Rock Path if you want. If you feel like you are ready to move on, be sure to go ahead and head to Mt. Blaze consists of 12 floors in this fire-themed dungeon. Players who are using a Grass Type need to watch out as there are Flying and Fire Type Pokemon that will be quite dangerous.Here are the Pokemon that you will find in this dungeon.

Walkthrough

Heal up when you need to but don’t worry about trying to run away.Grass Type Pokemon should watch out in this fight as they are vulnerable to Wing Attack, Ember, and Fire Spin. Be sure to use any Oran Berries and Reviver Seeds when you need to.Burn can be a problem, so be sure to use berries and Refresh to take care of it, so you don’t take too much damage. This fight is a little bit easier than Zapdos if you are leveled up enough. If you aren’t, be sure to do Rock Path a few more times.Though you can’t recruit Moltres at this time, it will be a decent rate later on when you can.

After beating Moltres, you will immediately jump to in the story.
