My only nitpick about this game is that there are robots that you can buy for up to u20ac100 or more, and that can be for a single robot! Overall great game to just whip out of your pocket and start playing, as it is online and offline. But I find the microtransaction schemes to be a bit absurd. Right now, the game is complete, in a state that the game works, you have twenty missions, you have several ships and you can complete these missions.When claims over the game being “unfinished” arise, I can imagine that you are expecting more content than has been delivered. In response, I can confirm that the game will continue to evolve. But what comes next is the evolution.As I’ve stated before, the full release is what we deem a stage where the game is complete enough to release for a second platform (MAC) and to make the mission editor public, I have no intention of stopping work on this game in the near future.I will be populating a new development board with features that the community can vote for, alongside information on what is currently being developed. So, let's runover the points:1) Subs. Like I see, in order to add subs to the gameplay, Steel Ocean totally ruined realism of the gameplay, turning it no more, than indy project - subs with speeds of destroyer or cruiser? Open wiki, look at the sub speeds, distances on which sub was seen by any aerial unit, etc. There were intent to add them in early tests of WoWs, but there are many reasons, why this isn't done - to much problems with the balance-realism.2) Armor. Player, who thinks, that armor is a joke in WOWS - didn't play the game. Or didn't pass 3 tier of ships. Vertical impact angles, horizontal impact angles - all of these things are working, and working fine.
Those, who know how to use this - win the games. Those, who don't - going to the bottom after 2 volleys with 4-5 citadel side-hits. In SO - angles? Company, which cannot get descent level of graphics (top priority for selling success in modern games), develops engine, which calculates these in real time?3) Burning metal.

Man, just read some naval warfare history, ok?4) Carriers - cancer? For unsupported battleship with drunk commander, who forgot, how to steer - yeah, probably. For smart player?
No more problems, than from skilled destroyer.5) Updates - currently, WG leading in this category of games in terms of quality content update/events rate. And, of course, we're comparing it with chinese developers, who didn't even try to develop distinguished UI or even logo - just copypasted it and made some brush-work.6) Lead indication and autoaim.
Look guy's, simple logic - you have two games - one is well developed and has helluva professionals working on preventing cheating. Second - another chinese small-time copypaste, trying to make 'something like WOWS'. First guys didn't succeed preventing lead indicators to be written, even with advanced technology and experience they have. Do you really think, that second game won't have these, while having much more casual aim and cheap engine?At large, there's only one real pro in Steel Ocean - full gunnery control. But this is also a major restriction on the game - WG didn't add this, because of complexity of the damage model and physics. Fact, that SO has full control, means, that it has poor damage model and with engine so cheap, I doubt they will be able to improve the second without limiting the first.
All of the other points - in short, some chinese guys looked at WOWS and thought - 'Hey, lets make exactly the same game? But how we'll get players? Ok, add subs and gunnery, make more ships and make game more casual'.
This is pretty standard logic for chinese devs.
