We'd be glad to further assist you. Miraculously, without any action on my part other than to start the app, both MS Jigsaw and MS Mahjong worked perfectly on my PC this afternoon. I have been checking MS Jigsaw everyday since the initial failure and everyday received the 0x803F8001 errormessage. Today MS Jigsaw worked so, having unloaded MS Mahjong, I went to the 'Store' and downloaded and re-installed MS Mahjong. MS Mahjong also worked just fine after installation. In both cases the games continued to track and show my statistics as ifnothing had every happened.So, since the problem has resolved itself, I am once again a happy casual gamer.
